There was one person who went above an beyond, I didn't get her name but she worked the front desk after 11am on 12/30/20, she was tall. She was not the one that handled my check-in and out. I had questioned if a a local establishment had in-door dining. She said she wasn't from the area and moments later had answered my question (they were open for in door dining) and gave me the hours and address! She was friendly, asked how I was and wished me a happy holiday! I wish i got her name. Also, Nadine was wonderful from the moment we met... Nadine was so warm and made me feel like I knew her personally and she gave me the best massage I've ever received. I will be back and will recommend

Great facials and massages and everyone who works there is so professional and accommodating

The facility itself is beautiful. Very close to an actual spa. The therapists always seem knowledgeable. The only reason for not a 10 out of 10 is because of pricing.
