Massage is so enjoyable to me. Here’s more feedback! When I leave the room after being massaged; it would be helpful to just be direct back to the clothing locker area, rather than to be asked a question as to how I feel. I’m in a fog and don’t wish to be questioned. Also, when I get to the desk, it often happens at checkout that they have the wrong info. I had a 10 min complimentary foot treatment scheduled that I was being charged for. The help did not ask if I would like to se top another appointment. I would have liked to as my fog was starting to wear off. I appreciated that the therapist knew what I asked for in previous visits, and accommodated me.
