Everything was wonderful. The people, the service, the environment, the changing room, the retreat room, the hot next pillow, the ability to fill out form with preferences online... Christina who I think is the name of the person who worked on me was wonderful. So kind and gentle and encouraging, thanking me for feedback and praising me for using sunscreen that day. She responded to me talking and did not extend it, so I could relax and get quiet and I feel asleep or went into a trance. Her touch and care was exquisite. One thing that would have made it even more perfect would be sugar available for the tea ( I only saw pink packets which I thought were sweet n low- but I could have asked for some.) Oh and a pocket in the robe would have also made it even better. I also loved getting a sample and suggested products that I had commented I liked. Thank you so much!
