Clean, professional, treatments were even better than expected, I've seen Tom and Kaylee, both were magnificent, the waiting area is Very relaxing, love the little sauna rooms, and the Robes! Everything is a step above excellent from the front desk until the time I walk out completely relaxed and rejuvenated
