The place is beautiful, clean and calming from the time one walks in. The staff is courteous and friendly. And unlike other spa chains I've been to, it's truly about the treatment and experience and not a "selling opportunity" which just cancels out the reason one visits a spa in the first place. I had a facial and it met and exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to try the other treatments. Well worth the membership fee.
