The staff was attentive and helpful. The spa area was so relaxing. I love the books in the women's retreat area. The massage was the best ever. (Tom). I had a patch test with Caitlin. She was so informative and went above and beyond, even though it was just a simple patch test. Everyone was professional and accommodating. Looking forward to my next appointment.

They are very nice and courteous. It's not fair with your new rule that for a few customers that ruin it for the rest of us. I make my appts for myself and my husband so we have 2, not just 1. For me to make appts 2 appts in advance will be hard.
