Reception staff is always friendly and helpful; massage therapists are always top-notch (no matter who you are with); and atmosphere is clean and relaxing. Convenient too!

Mel did an excellent job with the massage. In hind sight, would have preferred a little more pressure but I did not let Mel know. So I would give Mel a 10.
