Tom is fantastic. He does a great job, is super friendly, and creates a very comfortable, relaxing, but engaging environment. As an aside, the locker situation in the women's area could use some work. I really hate the lockers that block the door from the waiting room. Using one of those lockers actually stresses me out with so much traffic coming in and out. Otherwise, great. Tom is the best. Thanks!

Gabi was so nice and easy to talk to. She was very professional and gave me good advice as to what I may like next visit. Nice atmosphere too! I just wish I had more to give for a gratuity. I'll get her next time 😉
