Jillian always gives me a fantastic facial. I've been experiencing some personal traumas this holiday season. Jillian's peaceful presence and work on my neck/shoulders while my face steamed helped release tension. Yesterday was the first day I haven't cried in 2 months. That's why I gave her the score of 10.
