Gwen was very good and I would definitely come back to her for a massage. I feel so much more relaxed today at work. The staff were very friendly and efficient as well. Really enjoyed the entire experience

I'm assuming 10 is the best score. I was immediately greeted and brought to the back. The entire spa is clean and tidy. Judith worked on some problem areas, was very pleasant and helpful. Today I feel less achy and stiff.
