I was left waiting for over 30 minutes. When I went to the front desk I was told my appointment was moved back. I did not receive a phone call or we email showing time change. Fortunately my schedule was open.

Front desk (Dana?) excellent and cheerful service. Ginger gives the most relaxing massage! Lovely person. Atmosphere is very chill and relaxing. Just great.

The lymphatic massage was probably the best massage I have had at spavia!!!! And I've had some really good massages there! I will def be going back to Caitlin next month and beyond!
