I loved the setting, I would give a 10....clean, quiet, tranquil. The front desk ladies were very accommodating, very friendly, very informative. The facial was lovely and the only reason I gave a 9, is because I have had better facials. I loved the products that were used on my face. Jill did a wonderful job and had I never had a facial before, I would have given it a 10. Maybe the thing it was missing was a back rub up through the scalp.

I love Spavia. It is always clean and welcoming. the staff is very friendly and caring. My aesthetician, Anna, was excellent. Very professional, caring, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with her. She is one of the best aestheticians I have ever had, and I've been getting facials my entire life. I've already scheduled my next three appointments with her. I find Spavia to be very relaxing, it truly does allow one to feel the full spa experience AND, the prices are very reasonable. I also love that I don't need to drive to a retreat center in the woods somewhere to enjoy the respite I need. It's a big WIN-WIN and I love that!
