Kayla was amazing. She talked to me before my massage and made me feel so comfortable. Which isn't easy for me. My weight is a big issue and she didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. I explained that I was uncomfortable with my weight and maneuvering the table to turn over and she helped me and it was so easy with her. She is an incredible person and I'm so glad I found someone that understands and helps me. I was so relaxed after her massage. I can't wait for my next massage with her. She is perfect in every way. My experience from the moment I arrived to the moment I left was absolutely serene and incredible! The staff at the front desk were so sweet and kind, they explained everything to me that I needed to know for me first time at the spa. My esthetician was the absolute best! Her and I actually share the same skin problems for the same reason so it was nice to relate with someone and made me feel better about my condition. She explained my skincare routine in great detail and wrote it all down for me! I felt like I was on vacation! So relaxing so peaceful! Everyone needs to experience this!
