Love Spavia. The staff is warm and welcoming, the atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. Massages are so very beneficial to one's health: draining the lymphatic system, reducing stress and anxiety, relaxing muscles, decreasing inflammation. I've had massages in many locations in the world however Spavia is THE BEST experience yet. Typically, the next day, my muscles are sore. That has never occurred after a massage at Spavia. They know what they're doing and they do it extremely well. A massage is a great way to jump start yourself to optimum health and vitality.
