Massage therapist ( Natasha) was excellent, the spa is always nice and clean and the receptionists are very helpful.

Greeted pleasantly. Showed to waiting area to fill out forms. As soon as forms completed my technician introduced herself accompanied me to the room where she would provide my service and explained the procedure. Area was clean and relaxing. Sidney was pleasant and professional. After my lashes were on she explained how to care for them. I was escorted to the front desk for payment. That was also handled with courtesy and professionalism.
