From start to finish i was relaxed, both mine and my boyfriends therapists were friendly and professional. My therapist listened to me about pressure concerns, and the front desk staff was amazing and personable, it's clear they build relationships with their clients because someone at the front desk said "i act just like my mother" which honestly made my day. It's also awesome that they put a name to a face and said put it together that i was my mothers daughter
