Tom is an exceptional massage therapist. Spavia is beautiful, service exceptional, friendly and staff is very helpful. I would suggest an extra clothes hook in the dressing areas, one insufficient. The pockets on the robes are sewn closed shut making it difficult for cell phone carrying; there is probably a good reason for this?--though it is inconvenient. The bathroom door handle invokes germs since there is no washroom within the toilet area and also germs possible on toilet flush handle; it's just a very unsanitary situation; suggest some handwipes or sanitary hand disinfectant pump including some wipes WITHIN the bathroom area.
