Front staff informative and helpful, Carly was fabulous, the interior setting is calm, beautiful, relaxing- enjoyed the books, snack, heated neck wrap, sample hand scrub and tea (I bought 2 containers- among my favorite brands) Tea water was not hot in the carafe - my only minor suggestion for improvement. Made two more appointments.
