Olivia was amazing, very kind, good conversationalist. She seemed truly interested in my skin concerns and what to do to treat them. She explained what she was doing during the facial. And everything felt very soft; great massages throughout.. I was really blown away by the entire experience. I was shocked at the Spa overall I did not know it was going to be so luxurious from start to finish
