It was my first time and I was very pleased with the welcoming, relaxing and professional spa environment. I love that they have your own personalized locker ready upon your arrival, and of course the aromatherapy and music and other amenities always create a spa feel. My masseuse, Sarah, was fantastic. Asking about my preferences, making sure the pressure was good throughout the massage, and engaging in conversation when invited if appropriate. Overall lovely experience!
