Everything about the experience was designed for comfort and relaxation! Letting me choose my lotion scent, giving a peaceful room to wait in with a wildly comfortable robe, soothing music options that allowed me to really relax and not feel jarred by random 'music' notes (like another spa/massage place I've been to recently), and then the no-rush relax in that waiting room afterwards until you're actually ready to leave - not just being shoved out the door, it all combines to a TRULY relaxing experience. If I lived closer to the place, I know I'd be getting a membership. Even living further away I just might.
Very kind and professional staff. Massage therapist are wonderful. Also a great calming energy.
