The front desk was very sweet, welcoming and warm. She didn't push the membership, it truly was just like coming to a spa to relax. Once I was taken to the back, the ambiance was was relaxing, dim and just what I needed. The bathroom/locker room was clean and I never crossed baths with anyone while I was in there. The provided robes and slippers were a plus just like a spa. The tranquility room was amazing especially with the neck wraps and tea you offered. The massage was great she really worked on the area that had been bothering me and genuinely cared about me feeling better. Afterwards I was able to sit in the tranquility room have my tea that my masseuse made and just take my time getting back to reality 😫 this in addition to the cleanliness and spa like environment made me join.
