From the moment I walked through the door it was a relaxing experience. It smelled good. The women out front were kind and helpful. I liked that I could choose my lotion scent and the music I listened to. The process with the changing room with the robe and sandals, and the cozy waiting room lent to the relaxation process and helped me feel really pampered. And then Chris gave me an amazing 100 minute massage while not talking, as I'd requested.
All of it was an excellent experience.
