I really liked the atmosphere, the procedure room, and Christy was very informative and knew what she was doing, I felt very comfortable with the entire appointment. I am also very happy with my eyelashes 😊

My last spa "experience" was with the Atlantis here in Reno. Spavia is SO MUCH BETTER!. I felt more comfortable and at ease at Spavia. I enjoyed a 1 1/2 hour massage, as well as an hour facial. Both technicians were very warm, personable, and professional. Just all around GREAT!!!! They will see me again!!!!
Sally gave me my massage and she was very conscious of the level or pressure she was using and very friendly and iscreet. Put me at ease immediately. Christi gave me my facial and is very knowledgeable and very willing to advise me which facialwould be best for my skin and age wich was greatly appreciated. The only constructive crisism I would have is the facial table not being adjustable. It was very high and difficult for me to get up on. You really need foot stools for some of your clients. That would be the only reason I would not return for a facial.
