Star did a fantastic job, rebooked with her in August
The gift card that was sold to my husband in April didn't work, even though the computer said it hadn't been used yet. We had to pay again and wait until Monday for a manager to figure it out. (Bad customer service.)
And the little girl at the reception desk talked us out of the therapist we wanted for a rebook saying she isn't that good and had us book with someone she likes instead.
Bought a membership, but will see how it goes.
The therapist was wonderful. That is why I will return.
