Stephanie was the perfect therapist for me. I have a frozen shoulder and with her knowledge of being a therapist for years the stretches she did for me along with massaging the tissue helped take the pain away! It also gave me more range of motion! Throughout the massage she would ask me about the pressure. I truly had a wonderful experience ! Thank you Stephanie!!!!!😊
