We were met with kindness, our wishes were respected as far as pressure, etc goes, and no issues at check out this time. It was incredibly relaxing to visit Spavia Reno!

Bathroom didn't have lotion and eucalyptus spray, the men's shower was not hot enough, had it all the way to hot, masseuses were awesome
