The receptionist service has always been warm, friendly and helpful when I have called, and upon my first visit there. I was delighted by my first experience there - the spa is nice, comfortable and clean, including the women's locker room ,waiting room and treatment room. My massage therapist was friendly, knowledgeable about various muscle groups, and provided a firm (like I like it), therapeutic and relaxing massage. My husband and I signed up for the monthly membership and I can't wait for my next massage. Also, I plan to try other treatments such as the facial.
