Warm, friendly, clean, calm atmosphere and therapists. Darrel is an excellent massage therapist I highly recommend. I didn't realize how much tension I was holding in my muscles and could feel the weight of it dissolve. Body work and maintenance takes time and effort, but given how much we depend on and benefit from a healthy body, it's worth it. I feel much more centered and balanced today...thank you Darrel, Spavia and Jan (my friend who gifted me the massage)
