Everything really was lovely. In the online pre-appointment forms it asked me what kind of music and beverage I preferred. The music was lovely but it wasn't the one I chose and I had been offered water only because I asked for a small sip, but online I had selected tea. I don't know if this was intended for before or afterward but either way, it did make me wonder why my responses had not been considered. We did have more "conversation" than I had indicated but most likely because it was my first time here and learning about how your treatments differ. I suggest in the future to limit conversation to small helpful comments ("your skin appear a little dry in spots, I will be glad to discuss later what can help with this.) The responses to my questions were lengthier than needed and somewhat repetitive, but she was so kind trying to be very helpful that I am not basing my score on that at all, just wanting to bring to the attention that some clients don't mind chatting the whole time and others look as this as a mini escape to relax.) 9 is a GREAT SCORE!
