Tacy gives the absolute best facials and is so incredibly sweet. I always look forward to my services with her. The service rooms, beds, blankets/sheets, robes are all very nice in n cleanliness and quality. When the spa is busy the locker room can be crowded making changing and preparing for services less comfortable and can make me feel rushed and less relaxed. The women's locker room door opening to the men's and women's waiting areas can be a bit exposing as well. Front desk service is always friendly, professional, and efficient.
