The atmosphere is like an escape instantly, like entering another world...you'd never know you were in a strip mall of sorts. The customer service was spot on! Locker, lounge w/complimentary goodies, the extravagance of the robes, the service period! I'm 46. I've had several massages & in my experiences he is the BEST, most professional, masseuse I've ever had. Rejuvenating!

Staff was kind, did not feel rushed, lunch with my package was great and the experience was on point.
The treatments I got were very good and I left feeling very refreshed and relaxed.
