Overall your services are excellent. I recently experienced a hard-sell situation regarding your skin care products. Do you have a bonus system for selling certain products? I don't like that at all - especially after I have enjoyed a facial or massage and am in no mood for being pushed out of my relaxed state.
The spa was lovely and the massages even better. The service providers were both excellent for myself and my husband. Not to mention the price was stellar!

Lights were too bright in resting lounge for me. But that's ok.
