I requested to be put in a room farther down the hallway due to noise. It did not happen. Sent to the same room closest to office and waiting room. Had second negative experience there.
Otherwise I like Spavia Reno very much.
Your staff is friendly and helpful. Elise and Tacy do terrific jobs with my spa needs. Clean and inviting.
Customer service is Great, clean establishment and comfortable to be there.
