Stormy went above being helpful last month when I almost cancelled my package that I've had for about two years and finding it difficult to take full advantage of the savings and she talked to her manager and they adjusted some expiration dates, etc. Stormy was also very helpful scheduling some future appointments. Monica was very professional and friendly during my facial.
