My massage was exactly what I needed. And my therapist must have read my preferences because there was minimal talking. I would really recommend that you remind your team that these preferences are important. There have been several visits where your team has talked so much that it's hard to enjoy and relax. It actually made me consider cancelling my membership. For me, this is my "me" time. It's my time to relax and recharge. There are probably other moms who would love to talk because it might be their only adult interactions. It's just frustrating when you ask for a preference and it's not honored.Mandy W.
