The facilities and the staff are great. Jessy is awesome she knows how listen and help with any need I have .
I had a great experience since I walked in , they greeted me and gave me a tour . Everything was super clean . Loved the quiet room , I had been to other spas in Reno but nothing like Spavia I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Overall it get's a 20 at 10.

My masseuse was kind and did an excellent job focusing on the areas we talked about. She was very communicative with me in terms of what is next and how I should move, and she had great tips for me to take care of myself post-massage.
