The robes were the plushest I ever experienced. My masseuse Heather actually listened to what I wanted and made me feel glorious.
The staff was very professional, the whole environment was tranquil and calming & no one tried to force me to buy a membership. It was offered politely but then dropped when I said it was not something I was interested in at this point in time.
