Paula was absolutely wonderful and made me feel at East about the waxing I was getting done. She was beyond welcoming and very informative about not only the service I was getting but others I had questions about. I did not feel like she was pushing products on me but told me about ones that may be beneficial to my life. I will absolutely be back to see her. It was also my birthday and by no means did I expect anything but they gave a cupcake and a gift and it was absolutely precious. Thank you for a wonderful birthday afternoon.
