The entire staff was absolutely amazing! My husband brought me to the spa 1 hour and 20 minutes before my surprise visit. Everyone was so courteous and attentive, especially Elaine!!! She ensured that I had warm neck pillows, (which she changed out) and hot tea while I waited in the cozy retreat area. I felt pampered my entire time there. The facilities were very clean and warm. As an out of town visitor, I would definitely return when I come back to this area.
