Greeted immediately in a friendly manner, entry space inviting. Loved the facial, and the tech respected my no talking. Liked the warm towel while waiting to be taken for my facial. I also was interested in the jewelry and makeup. Only one tiny thing...they forgot to give me my water and had to ask for it because I was working with the makeup and was thirsty
