Jordan explained every step , gentle, professional, kind. The staff were also kind and patient. I love the tea, robe, flip flops, clean facilities. Very relaxing.

My only services at Spavia have been deep tissue massages. I have only used 2 massage therapists and you know what you're getting each time. Because of consistency my score is a 10. Nice relaxing facility along with friendly front desk staff is an added bonus.
