Easy to book, very clean, on time, nice to have profile of preferences to fill out ahead, relaxing service (I nodded off during facial), was offered products but not high pressure and trying to guilt me or produce anxiety by laying on fake urgency to buy, therapist really listened to concerns about skin and was practical about what could be done today and what make need additional support. ❤️
Great front office staff and great masseuse. Really appreciated the calming area, the warming neck pillows, and the available tea. The pre-treatment survey for music, scent, etc. is also really well done.
