The Employees were very welcoming, the restful room is wonderful and the warming neck wrap is a very good idea to help you begin to relax. Logan made me comfortable from the moment I met him, the facial was amazing and he is very knowledgeable about the products that are offered at the Spa. I will comment that the reception area is small and the where the makeup is applied to the client is small . I will definitely continue to make SpaVia my spa of choice.
