Everyone from the front to my massage therapist were very friendly and helpful. Lucy gave me the best massage ever.
It would have been a 10 but I waited 20 minutes. Or 10 depending on How you look at it.
I was told my apt was at 4:50. I was there at 4:45. I did t get taken back to a room until 5:12.
I still got my full hour and it was wonderful... just not sure on how exactly the timing is supposed to work.
