This was my first visit to Spavia. From the moment we arrived, me, and my two sisters, we were treated like treasured clients. The robes, heated neck pads, and the soothing music made relaxing so easy. Laurel was my aesthetician and she made sure I was comfortable before starting my facial. The soothing music, Laurel's light touch, the essential oil scents, the hands, arms, and shoulder massages were amazing. Laurel made product recommendations, which I purchased because I felt my face looked years younger. I also felt that my facial skin looked firmer. I will be back and will request Laurel.
The service was excellent and the staff was very courteous. The facial was southing and relaxing. Logan was so kind and professional. The quality of the products really helped improve the looks of my skin, particularly since I have scarring from cystic acne that I developed when I was 19.
