1. Feeling of special treatment as a member at a retreat, spa, private membership in a country club. Front staff are all so pleasent, patient & seem to go out of there way to assist, help & provide solutions for every need. Being in a wheelchair l have some special needs so these things are especially appreciated as l am still adjusting to my disability of only yrs. Tom has been very attentive & forward thinking when l am not at my best.
l love the ease of looking up appointment availability on your website, but l have to say that it does not allow me MAKE an appointment. l must call every time.
