  • My massage therapist is amazing! My score is a reflection of Dana. Not happy with my experience with access tho. I waited 10+ minutes for someone to show up at the front desk and finally had to show myself into the locker room so I wasn't tardy for my appt. pls don't have staff meetings and leave the clients to fend for themselves. Or at least leave a note.
