• While I was a bit disappointed with my last service for the following reasons, my usual visits are always great, and I would highly recommend. My last service frustrations: a different aesthetician than the one I have seen for 3 years with no prior communication regarding the change, 10 min delay to service which I later learned was due to the previous client taking extended time, cold towel on my face during mask and arm/hand massage, making for chilly experience, while I was asked if I would like hot tea or cold water, non was provided.
