I had a signature facial with Keila at Spavia in Natick for my first visit and highly recommend both. A pleasant atmosphere with warm welcoming staff set the tone. Keila was outstanding and in her facial treatment she included some exceptional massage, mostly of the face but also arms and back. Very relaxing! I plan to return and try the facial plus hot stone treatment. :)
